Our traditional patternmaking expertise spans
many decades, and it’s enabled us to quickly become proficient in building quality master patterns for the composite industry.
We can apply the latest in CAD, CAM, and CMM technologies to each project. In addition, our
3-axis and 5-axis CNC routers create highly accurate patterns in a variety of materials, including wood, urethane foam, fiberglass, and plastics. We can finish each composite tool by applying a special polyester primer that can be wet-sanded and buffed to a high gloss. more »
